This is a nice design, easy to hold. it would be advisable to check the depth level suitable for your skin type before starting, as each level does something different.It's worth getting a good serum to go with this. It can leave you a bit red afterwards, so I like to use a soothing face cream when I'm done.This is only something I've been doing for the last few months but I really like the ease of management with it. It's cheaper to use this in the long run than to keep going for treatments but it is also worth looking into first before using. It's good quality, works well and fairly easy to use, with easy to follow instructions, I would recommend it.

This is a decent micro needling pen with a variety of uses. The pen is lightweight, well made and comfortable to hold. The speed can also be changed and the needles are cartridges that can carry liquid serum for automatic application. I have used cheaper style pens before and in comparison, I found this pen to be far better. It�s easier to use and in my opinion, noticeably rejuvenated my skin. I have been using this pen regularly for just under a month now and my skin feels soft and smooth. I have started using this pen on my elderly mother, although she still has great skin, she wanted her face to feel fresher and more nourished, and since I�ve been giving her facials using this pen, she reports that her skin feels supple and gives her a nice glow. This machine is quite expensive but is proving better than costly facials at the salon, so for me, it is worth the price. All in all a great beauty product that performs well and makes a difference.

I have used another model of Dr Pen before, but I like this one more because it seems to be a better model than that one. Considering that microneedling nowadays has become a highly requested and necessary procedure for the face, I thought I would try it at home because in the salon these procedures are very expensive. This machine came very well packaged and had everything needed to use it. The Dr Pen was very easy to use, however the instructions in the manual were easy to understand but I have also seen many videos on youtube to better understand how it works and at what speed and depth each part of the face should be done. I used numbing cream so that I wouldn't feel the stings that this pen makes, then I used hyaluronic acid in every part of the face where I have it I applied the dr pen. After I finished the whole procedure, my face was a little red and in some places there was a little blood, but if you read how this machine works, you won't be afraid. After that, I moisturized my face and regularly used spf when I went out, it is very important to protect the skin after we have done microneedling. This dr pen did a very good job and I liked the texture and the quality it has. I am happy that now I can have this procedure with a lot of benefits for the skin done at home without spending a lot of money in the salon. I think it's worth it for the price, I would recommend it.

In the past I have used a microneedling to successfully address hyperpigmentation and fine lines on my face. When I ordered this Cletina H3 hydra pen, I was confused by the brand name because it shares part of its name (in its manual and in the advertising) with that of the latest version of a microneedling pen made by another well-known company, Dr Pen, that makes the Hydra.Pen/ H3. The box labelling refers to the Cletina pen as an Elon-YC H6 in one place, as well�to add to the confusion. The issue regarding brands is actually about the type of cartridges a user must eventually order. It appears to me that these two brands share the same cartridges but there is no information about in the advertising or in the Instruction Manual about which ones to buy--or how or where to find cartridges for the Cletina pen. Cartridges are a one-time use item. Only six are included in the Cletina kit (two different types of nano-tipped and two 12-pin tipped). An online search for Cletina specific cartridges yields no results. As far as general functionality, this pen works well as a microneedling tool and the price point makes it reasonable�it is a good value IF the replacement cartridges are available.

I've got on better with this than I anticipated. I expected it to be painful for some reason but it's not at all. It feels great and quite therapeutic. You get everything you need, it feels comfortable safe and hygienic to use. It's compact, lightweight but very well made. Definitely makes the difference and I would 100% recommend.

Overall I like this microneedle pen. I'm not sure where to get the cartridge replacements or if you're just supposed to clean each one over and over again. If you use very thin serums (or even toners) that do not contain actives, your experience will be fine. If you use thicker serums, the cartridges may get stuck.

This is a very professional looking Derma pen, lightweight enough to get a good hold of it, easy to see display telling you the setting you are on.I like the serum dispensing control on the cartridges this allows better overall control of an even flow of serum,It is recommended that the needles are set at a maximum of 0.5 for home use, I would say that you should stick to that to avoid causing problems.There are a few tutorial videos on this pen, if you are new to microneedling I would strongly advise that you spend a little time viewing them.I would also say it is less painful that I thought it would be.

I was a little hesitant at first to get this product, but I think I am pretty happy that I did. It takes some time to learn how to use it. It required a lot of trial and error for me to figure out how to use it correctly, but once I learned about how to use it, it made the needling process very smooth and easy. It is the first time I have ever started using such a tool and I really like it. The best part is that it is easy to use and it is hygienic. I use this for nano needling at night and since this is not attached to any chords the whole process becomes easier. The toughest part to learn is to how to get it to disperse the liquid evenly throughout the surface. It really does not work well with thick serums but works great with serums that are a little thinner.

This product is well constructed and is of obvious quality. The thought of basically tattooing my skin was daunting. However, it is very easy to set up and you cannot go too deep with the needles unlike tattooing. These are not pain-free. However, I find that the pain is bearable. The thought process behind it is that it is skin healing and could potentially ease wrinkles. There are a number of different needle set ups, that you can purchase. I have only tried one treatment of this so I have not seen any solid results as yet. However I can say that regular treatment of this is possible and it’s worth a try if getting rid of wrinkles and obtaining healthy skin means a lot to you. What I can say is that this product seems to be very well made and thought out. The product and parts are of a very high quality if you’re considering this kind of treatment at home, this would be a good place to start

This is my second Microneedling Pen, so I'm fairly adept at using one. This one differs from my first in that it has a small serum canister attached to the needle cartridge to put the alpha hydroxy acid in. At first I thought that would be really beneficial to have the serum automatically applied, but I found that I prefer to just apply the AHA serum to my face & then microneedle. I don't use that much to warrant filling up the canister with the precious serum, especially when you are supposed to replace the needle cartridge each time you use it. It dispensed the serum a bit too fast/too much that I had to stop to gently pat it into my skin. I selected the H12 pin cartridge, speed 6, and 0.5 depth. When I turn the dial to change the depth, 0 and 1.0 are fine, but anything in between has the vibration rattling the dial and making a ton of noise. If that could be tightened up, it would be much better. I do recommend taking some ibuprofen before using this, as it can be uncomfortable. I like to use numbing cream beforehand as well. It definitely helps my fine lines & wrinkles become less pronounced!

I�ve been an intermediate user of micro-needling pen for years. This is a new model has incorporated LED light therapy and a serum storage container, which provides convenience for the treatment but also requires further adjustment on speed and depth setting accordingly. Must sanitize/disinfect the work area(surface) where you set up and proceed with your micro-needling session and wear gloves for the operation. Be cautious with the tiny �wounds� just created after treatment, stick with pure HA serum and keep skincare routine simple until micro-peeling is over. The positive outcome would be guaranteed if the commitment to following instructions is well made. Would recommend this beauty tool to the intermediate/advanced users.

This seems to be like an automatic version of that and has the same sort of feeling than one of those little rollers give but does more.I am going to see what he's like with it a few more times before i try it on myself but it seems like a decent little tool for the arsenal.

I watched a tons of videos before I started using the CLETINA hydro pen H3 microneedle pen. I found videos by real medical doctors� are really helpful. Cleansing the skin thoroughly is the first important step to start. Make sure you don�t use anything that is harsh on post treatment skin. The CLETINA hydro pen has the needle length from 0-1.0mm which is fairly shallow. I start from 0.5mm because I am scared of pain. The 0.5mm is basically painless for me. As the needle gets penetrated deeper, the pain will increase. There are six replacement needles included in the kit and they are all sterilized. And the needle head should be replaced each time to ensure proper hygiene.

I like how quick I can use this and how professional it feels to hold and use it. I use it for my scalp as I have a slight hair loss problem. It is really cool how compact and light it is. Its pretty easy to use since it has an led display and a few buttons that are quite simple. I can see an improvement to my scalp after weeks of using it. You do feel it but I've started to become slightly desensitized after using it for so many times. I'm glad there are clear instructions and examples to show you how to use it for different types of skincare.

You are using a needle that is breaking your skin in multiple areas so you need to ensure you are adopting clean and hygienic practices to avoid infections or complications.The device is easy to use, you can adjust the settings depending on your preference and the area that you will be treating. Make sure you use a serum of some sort such as hyaluronic acid. i am happy with this product so far and once I get more experience and confidence with using it, this could save thousands of pounds vs going to a salon regularly to get this done.

Ive had an easy run of it over the years, i never suffered from acne, just the odd pimple now and again.Never had to use 'cleansers', creams or facial treatments...Then I turned 42...Out of the blue, my 23 year old daughter is staring at me, saying "Mum, rest your face... like... as a total blank expression"hmmm... ok.I couldn't hold it for long before I started frowning asking her why?!She said I only just noticed your starting to get some wrinkles...Panic!!Irreversible, now she sees that, she's going to keep seeing more and carry on pointing them out.So, I decided I needed to do something quick-ish.I'm going to be honest, the thought of using this type of treatment scares me, but these 'wrinkles' are not going to just vanish or disappear like a pimple!This 'having wrinkles' business needs some intervention to delay the enevitable.The instructions are pretty clear but if you want to watch how this works, there is plenty videos streaming on social media platforms to familarise yourself with the use of a safe microneedling technique.

This micro needling pen seems to work pretty well. I ordered this for my partner and neither of us are experts with these so had to do some research before trying. It's quite easy to use once you get used to it and the instructions are clear. We're not sure yet how this will work out long term but so far she seems pleased with it and will continue using it weekly so long as we don't run into issues. So far so good.

This Hydra pen is quite effective and useful for skin routine.I have been using Dr pen M8 but this H3 microneedling pen is better as it has added side leakage prevention and speed control of fluid flow.At the beginning you might feel awkward and not comfortable using it but once you get used it you will be fine. Additionally, when I use a completely liquid serum, I won't put the liquid into container, but directly apply it to my face, it functions just like a regular microneedle and delivers excellent results. This is my very first experience using a microneedling pen, so I do not have any reference for comparison. I was disappointed with the instructions, and I had to watch several videos to feel like I had a clue how to use this properly. The actual using of the pen was pretty simple. I did not put the serum into the dispenser, I just applied it directly to my face before using the pen, as I felt the serum needed to be prior so the pen could easily glide across the skin. I used lidocaine before using the pen, but I did not feel any pain, but it did feel more uncomfortable in some spots compared to others. After reading about light therapy, I don't know that the light provides any real benefits, as the research says it has to be used much longer than just a few seconds to be beneficial. But I went ahead and turned the red light one while using it because... why not? I also can't find any info about ordering additional cartridges, so we'll see if I'm able to track some down and also how much they cost. But overall, I felt the pen itself worked as it should and was easy to use, and I will continue to use it on regular intervals in hopes of seeing some improvement.
