Is my device genuine?

Yes. Every device carries Dr. Pen's manufacturer security label. Scratch it, scan the code and check it on the official Dr. Pen website. The verification section shows you how.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. Orders to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ship Delivered Duty Paid: duties and import taxes are settled by us before your parcel moves. If a courier ever asks you for a fee, don't pay it. Forward the message to us and we'll settle it.

How fast is delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and every parcel is fully tracked. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. The free-shipping threshold for your country is shown at the top of the page and at checkout.

What if it isn't right for me?

Unopened products with the factory seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund; return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. Opened products can't be refunded, because pens and cartridges are personal, skin-contact items. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always covered.

What warranty do I get?

2 years on every device and 3 years on the Dr. Pen A20 and Bio Pen T6, covering defects in materials and workmanship. You also get free lifetime help with depth, technique and cartridges.
