I did some research before choosing the Dr Pen A11 Ultima, comparing this newest model to older versions as well as competitors. I like that this pen is marketed for home use and is easy to set up as well as use. Some of the differences from the older models include , up to 16,000RPM, large led screen, intutive induction stand

The result is perfect but the product is not easy to use.I returned my first purchase and replaced because it came with open needles and box.They sent me second one while it was close completely. I checked each part and looked good but after I started to use, the bottom doesn’t work and didn’t change more than one, even I couldn’t turn it off. I had to let it works until out of charge and then charge it completely. So it works good again, however about two hours it works until went out of charge. It really needs a true introduction.

I watch a lot of demonstration of dr pen on YouTube , decide to try it , so far I just used twice on my face and arms and already starting to see some result . It’s a little ele pricy, but I think it worth it .

I gotta be honest, I’ve never done microneedling before and was legit terrified of trying it myself at home for the first time. If you are a newbie like me I recommend you go on Youtube and search for “Dr. Pen at home micro needling” so you will feel more comfortable with the process and will know step by step what to do. That’s what I did and it was very informative. I was even more scared when I saw the lady from the video using numbing cream on her face before the process because I don’t have any at home, but then reminded myself that after as many tattoos as I got there is no way the pain from micro needling could ever be any worse. And it wasn’t, just a little uncomfortable but can’t say it was actually painful. I was able to do a session on my face without any numbing cream and believe that would only be necessary if you have a low pain tolerance.I gotta say I’m impressed with the quality of this kit, and can tell for sure this will last me quite a while. Now will be looking forward to seeing some improvements in the next few months, and will try to schedule myself future sessions since I’ve now gotten more familiar with it and know that I can perform micro needling on my face myself without any help and without spending a fortune at a beauty clinic. Definitely recommend Dr. Pen and would hands down order more products from this brand!

So far the product works as advertised. It saves so much money compared to the hundreds you spend on a micro needling session at the dermatologist.Micro needling has not provided noticeable results for me, but I will continue to try, but this product is equivalent to the professional micro needling sessions I have had in the past

I’m a Black woman and I microneedle once a month. It does wonders for the skin. I pair with Zo skincare regimen. If you don’t know how to micro needle, I’d advise getting one done professionally first, then watch you tube videos from reputable aestheticians. You can pick it up quickly. I don’t use numbing cream, but some people feel they have to. I use aloe instead.

This product make my facial skin smoother and more tighten.I use it every other week with any skin booster products.Love it!

This M8 is the newest model and worth the money because you can use the new 16-pin cartridges, which is more effective for me than the 36-pin. Previously I used the 36 pin with the older model A6 (which lasted only 1 year before conking out - reason for buying another). Customer service with this vendor, New Life USA, was great and resolved an issue with a defective Nano cartridge. Would order from this vendor again.

Good quality pen , sturdy with good battery life also it charges pretty quickly. It comes with a storage case and charger. The instructions are easy to follow but if you’re are beginner I would recommend watching tutorials on how to use .

Only used it once, but it works great! I had a couple A7 pens and neither one worked from the start so I gave up on needling. However this A11 model is wonderful, and I'm so happy to finally be able to enjoy the benefits of microneedling. Great customer service

I have never done self micro-needling and had previously started out practicing with a derma roller. I did a lot of research, this pen seemed to be a solid investment and easy to use. First treatment went great, my skin looks amazing! I did use numbing cream before hand and started on lowest setting to help my skin acclimate. Also used a serum for slip. Will definitely be doing monthly!

Had this for two weeks as I was hesitant to use ..watched the you tube tutorial and used it . Was so easy to use and I love the look of my shin using micro needling ..I am over 55 (no not telling my age .. never do) but I see a difference.. I have used this twice and will continue to do it weekly. Have a good hylauronic acid to use with it it. I only went to 1.0 after the summer I will try to go higher but with a numbing cream .

I have tried micro needling before and had some pretty nice results so when I found this product I decided to go ahead and purchase it. The pen is a nice size and allows me to do the skincare with ease. My skin is a little sensitive but this pen was able to provide me with a comfortable skincare! The manual is well done to make sure the process is done accurately!

I love this product! I have had 4 treatments so far and I am very satisfied. I use it for fine lines and wrinkles. Big difference! Most of my flaws have disappeared. I use aloe gel hyaluronic acid vitamin c serum and carrot oil multiple times in the first 24 hours after the needling session. This, along with good anti-inflammatory herbs taken internally, helps speed up healing. Can't forget to treat your insides! Overall a great product and worth the money!

I am a master esthetician. I use this device on my clients and it is fantastic! Make sure NOT to tip the device upside down so that the serums don’t go up into the machine to cause cross contamination from client to client. Love the many different styles of tips, 16 is my favorite. I don’t understand the speeds on the machine I always use the highest setting for optimal results. Love that it is cordless. Easy to use and light weight. I wish it came with disposable plastic sleeves to put over the pen so that Clean up would be faster. But overall great microneedling device.

Well made microneedling device.This pen is on par with medical devices that sell for 10x more. I loved the ability to control the speed, and the adjustment for depth of penetration is very precise. Amateurs should take a tutorial on how to use. If used improperly, misuse could lead to skin damage. Great product thus far!

This can be intimidating at first. I recommend doing some research on proper microneedling technique and aftercare before using this at home. It's not terribly painful, but my skin was red after use. After skincare and a good night's sleep, the redness had faded considerably.

I don't know what model I bought before this one but I can see the clear difference big time. The last one took some work to puncture my skin and make me bleed. With this one I started to bleed so much faster and I could see it working and making wounds right away. Highly recommend this one if you want great quality for an affordable price.

As a licensed esthetician, this is one of the best microneedling devices I’ve found. It’s good quality, user-friendly, and super versatile because of the different tips you can use. I wouldn’t recommend this if you don’t have proper training on microneedling, but for my esties looking for a nice device - this is it!

It does what it says!

The product is easy to use. There are several replacement heads with multiple pin counts that are easy to swap out. I use this without the cord and it works smoothly. Overall I have no complaints. It also comes with a box to store everything in and a sleeve to put your pen in.

I absolutely love this product. I just got done with my second session (4 weeks after the first). After my first session, my skin looked rough but patience is key! In a few weeks, my skin became glowy and clear! I can’t wait to see the final results.

I made sure I watched a video on how to use the produce and everything went smoothly. I've only use it once but plan on using it every 4 to 6 weeks, this is for anti aging. So happy to not have to go to the spa any more and spend hundreds of dollars to get the same results.

I had had microneedling at the spa before and when I saw this set I couldn't wait to try it. I was nervous at first to do this myself, but I applied over-the-counter lidocaine cream first. This is a safe and hygienic kit that uses fresh needles every time.

It takes a bit of a learning curve before you can learn how to do this, but I managed to figure it out. The instructions were average so I had to go online and watch some Youtube videos. The pen is of excellent quality and comes with a number of needles. It works for me. You would pay much more at a spa to have someone do microneedling, but all this takes is some careful effort. I love my Dr Pen A11. I have used it once since I purchased it but love everything about it. One of many tools for my skincare protocol. I completely recommend any products from Dr Pen. Pricey at first but worth it.

Easy to use

This microneedler works well. Very solid/heavy feel to it with an intuitive adjustment mechanism and it's very easy to change the needle cartridges. I don't know what else to say... I don't write reviews.I took the time because the customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the original one I purchased and was sent a replacement as soon as I let them know about the problem I was having.

I know nothing about microneedling, but my wife has paid to have this done before, and she was pleased with the results. But it's not cheap to have this done professionally, so she was excited to have the chance to be able to do this herself at home. After opening the kit and taking a look at everything that is included, she said the quality is very good. She has used it a few times already and said it's very easy to operate. Keep in mind that you will need to buy some serum to use with this kit. I recommend watching some online videos to get a better idea of how to use this product before you try it on your skin.

I have a lot of acne scarring from years ago and read lots of reviews about how microneedling can help clear up the skin. Definitely read the instructions carefully, especially with following aftercare instructions. I'm hoping I start seeing results soon but so far, not much improvements as it's only been a week of using this product over other day. So far it's easy to use and assemble.

After much research, I opted to purchase this device based on reviews from several sources. I’ve never done micro needling but found this quite easy to use from the get go! I used numbing cream prior to use and while I could feel it working it wasn’t painful. I used the .5-1.0 settings and it worked great. Do the homework first on how to use a pen and keep things super clean while using it and you should be happy with this product!

I had a baby 7 months ago and I unfortunately had deep stretch marks in some areas and average to small stretch marks. I used vitamin E and it never really took away or faded my marks. I used this pen on 2.0 and speed 2 for my marks and within 4 days I have noticed a drastic improvement! I cried from being so happy! This an awesome way to do micro-needling without spending hundreds at a clinic. You will be red for two days but the comfort is pretty good. I'm very sensitive and didn't mind it too much.

Received a pen that wouldn't work and hadn't gotten around to notice until my return window closed. The company contacted me back right away and sent a new pen. They also let me keep the sealed replacement heads. I'm very happy with the unit and am being patient about the results. I highly recommend watching as many videos and reading as much as possible before doing this at home. The amount of needles, pattern and depth are import to learn about when looking for certain results. What kind of serums for before and after are needed. Good luck!
